KYC verification

  • Can anyone suggest a way around the KYC verification process which is discomfortable and mostly serves the interest of bookies to, for example, complicate withdrawals than fighting crime. At Least for the practice of MBetting which doesn’t already encourage withdrawal, any other alternative to register and play without having to go through such personal docs verification things?

  • New to matched betting?

My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

It is a legal requirement, this explains more about it.

It’s usually easy enough. Have your scan saved and it takes two minutes to email it off.

That’s for 99% of the time when all they ask for is a scan of the payment card, passport and a bill.

Sometimes they get a bit over the top and ask for stupid stuff like selfies of you holding your passport or have the documents signed and verified by a master of oaths….

Most bookies haven’t asked me for any documents and I have been able to withdraw no problem. Apart from netbet who seem to want me to send my entire life history to them.

Thank you all for the good comments. I have to admit that the reason I’m mostly concerned about this KYC process is that I don’t have most of the docs they ask ready. And I doubt it would be comfortable to send them even if I had them ready either. Because these docs are mostly used by bookies to make our betting life difficult than help fight crime.
