Let me down gently.

  • I cannot see where I am going wrong with this and have a good chance of winning. In the Arsenal v West Ham match tonight I think ! Last time these two teams met Arsenal won 4-1, so what I hear you say. Well tonight for Arsenal to win 4-1 the odds are 17.
If I was to bet this for a very small amount £2 and the lay any other home win at 4.6, (after 3-3 scoreline) I can see that the only way I could lose would be for Arsenal to win 4-2 upwards, have I missed the point here? I totally win if West Ham win and I can only lose if Arsenal go bonkers and score 5 or more.am I right?

  • New to matched betting?

My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

It seems like it should work, although with matched betting if you see something blindingly obvious it usually means somethings wrong, could be brilliant though

Oh right just got it I think, if it’s a draw or West Brom win you’d lose also

They are playing West Brom, not West Ham.

    You can get 4-1 @ 21.0 on Bet365.

Arsenal are likely to go bonkers and score 4 or more. You will be paying out your lay and winning nothing if they win 4-0, 4-2, 4-3 etc, 5-x, 6-x. Some of these score lines look quite likely 4-0 for example is 11/1

Well a draw or west brom he would win the lay stake and lose the 4-1 bet, so he might come out about even depends on the stakes he lays.

I don’t hate the idea, but its not matched betting, you’re not guaranteeing profit. Its all about if you think there is value in betting against any other home win at only 4.6, seems value, maybe.
