Matched betting after the qualifying bet

Hi! I live in the Netherlands and even though most of the bonuses are for UK-residentsi realise if i just read the T&C’s i can find enough bonuses for non uk-residents. But my question is after the qualifying bet which is stated in the bonuses placed on the blog. Which site do you guys use to matched bet the rest of the bonus so that it becomes cash money?

If it’s a stake returned bonus that needs rolling over a certain amount of times, you can just use the same method as a qualifying bet. You can either place your bonus at high odds and hope to lose your bonus straight into your exchange account, or you can place it at low odds with the intention of playing through the whole rollover.

But then everybody has to look for the games they bet on themselves? Can you just randomly choose a bet?
