Max % Of Exchange Funds You Risk/Expose??

So I’ve been doing pretty well going through the 2 figure sign up bonuses and just started on my first few £100’s offers.
I signed up for a bookmaker offering a matched £250 SUB with 15x rollover requirements before withdraw will be approved. Whilst placing the bets I got cautious and purposely chose slightly lower odds, on the chance the bet won and my Smarkets would be emptied and I’d have nothing to further lay to get the money out of the bookies.
My qualifying bet won on the lay bet and ended up on Smarkets.
My free bet won, and now I only have 2 or 3 bets at this stake left in lay value on Smarkets, with around 50% of my total profits now sat in this bookies and unable to withdraw without 15 rollovers.
So my question is, what is your discipline in terms of how much of your exchange accounts you are willing to expose on 1 bet?
