Money back 2nd offer with William Hill and Ladbrokes

Hi guys, after being a long time lurker, I finally decided to set up an account. Firstly, I’d like to thank Matt and all of the regulars on this forum for what has been a very profitable first few months of match betting.
In the past month I’ve taken it more seriously and moved onto a lot of the horse racing offers, as well as the conventional offers posted on the main blog. I’ve done a few of the William Hill money back 2nd offers on weekdays throughout January as well as all of the money back 2nd offers for the last three saturdays with William Hill and Ladbrokes. I was just wondering how long these type of offers have been going for and whether we can expect them to continue into February?
Also, after reading some of the other posts regarding recent account restrictions, I was wondering how often you all take up these money back 2nd offers (and whether I should hold back on them for a bit to reduce the likelihood of a restriction)?
