Net bet risk free strategy

I`ve had an email from Netbet about a 25 risk free on the first bet placed between the 1st and 4th, is it worth going for the minimum required odds to evens to to try and avoid a roll over or are risk free offers like free bets in the fact higher odds as long as they match give a better payout?
