Paddy Power "Account Update" email tonight

• I thought I had received the dreaded gubbing email, but the account update they referred to was to inform customers about a change in the dispute resolution process.

  Has anyone else received this email.

  This may be in relation to the recent criticism from the Gambling Commission in which PP was criticised for allowing a punter to lose so much money he lost 5 jobs , his home and his family and Fixed-odds machines in shop.

  Also they didnt act when a shop manager reported to head office that a female customer was feeding a fixed odds machine with Scottish £5 notes and withdrawing in cash. The customer was alledgedly later connected with a cash robbery in Scotland.
