arb- This was my wife’s account I used for this as I had already used the PP messenger app in the past.And we have both already been ‘gubbed’ from all offers by PP anyway so,I gave it a go on the wife’s account and got the free bet, ahem, meant SHE got it lol.
Tony-You should get the free bet before your qualifying bet settles,I did straight after I sent the refer a friend message.
+0With the first bet you have to be careful with the way you place it. Ie if you click the link of the selection it is sometimes deemed a text bet and your not eligible for the free bet as it’s not a messenger bet. So the way to place it in order to be guaranteed the free bet is to type for instance England vs Spain England to win @ 15/8 £10 in the message box and then that is deemed a messenger bet with a confirmation bet slip given straight after
+0I spoke to Live Chat last night and they said it was on the bet being settled, although I still don’t have anything even though it’s settled. Maybe because I did what dave said above and clicked the text for the England enhanced last week but also did a normal messenger bet last night.

+0Yeah you can use your free bet on the mobile website as well no problem. However the app is great an you guys are just being too cautious with it. When you place a bet you get a confirmation of what you bet on and say it was completely wrong PP would reverse it if you ring them up before the event

I’ve used the app twice recently only for enhanced odds back bets but placed a £10 ‘normal’ bet yesterday (as per peoples instructions on this thread) to be settled this evening.

1.) Bet £10 via app get £20 FB does not exist?
2.) Type refer a friend and their username into the message field on the app and BOTH persons obtain a £20 free bet?
+0It existed yesterday when I spoke to someone on chat! And I got the £20 FB later on when I pestered them again. No idea if they just gave me a FB to stop me from hassling them!
