Question about Shop Promos

Ok, so I’ve seen several of you guys successfully emptying the satchels of bookies by using the in shop promos, but I’ve always wondered about the mechanics of actually doing this. Especially in regard to how you are laying off the bets.
Are you hiding away at the back of the shop, with your smartphone trying to access smarkets through a dodgy 2G signal, trying to lay off before the prices change. Keeping your fingers crossed that the staff dont twig what you are up to
Or are you are using events like racing ante post, football, golf etc where the odds roughly stay the same for hours, wander into all the bookies in town, place the bets, pop into KFC for a Mega Bucket, do a bit of shopping, get your hair cut, have a quick pint at Wetherspoons, and saunter back home a few hours later and lay off then.
I’m assuming its a variation of the above, but I’d be interested how you guys do it.
