RaceBets – joker of a bookie

I did two of their Meydan money back if 2nd races today and an hour later got the gubbing email from them.
Not only I am banned from any future promotions, they also made me ineligible for fixed odds bets.
Funny as I did not even manged to get any free bet from the two races.

Oh and they also helpfully reminded me that I can still ‘take full advantage of SP bets from race tracks all over the world’.
Probably the most ridiculous gubbing I’ve seen.

Similar thing happened to me, I live in Ireland and they have an offer for Irish customers – Money back as a free bet if you back a loser on the first race of any Irish meeting. Rather than taking the risk-free guaranteed profit approach I punted the €25 max and planned to extract €20 from the free bet if it lost. I did this two meetings in a row and on both occasions the bets won (I made a total profit of about €150). After withdrawing my winnings I quickly received an email the same as yours telling me I was no longer eligible for promotions or fixed odds, and I had never even layed a bet! I literally just backed 2 winners and apparently that’s enough to be gubbed, ridiculous.

At least you have won something from them, whereas I did not even win the bet nor free bet. Still gubbed.

yep, im in the process of withdrawing.. been going through for 2 weeks..! sent a strongly worded email this morning.. no reply yet

Same happened to me won my first bet with them got the same email as liaml. My withdrawal took ages as well acole get on to there live chat

To my fellow matched bettors: DO NOT TOUCH RACEBETS WITH A BARGEPOLE. After 2 bets (1 win and 1 loss) my account was also restricted to SPs only and massively reduced stake allowance (from £9-19).

The only way you can win here is if both your qualifying bet and bonus bet lose. I would only advise experienced matched bettors touching this welcome bonus.

Best way to withdraw money is to lose the money to the exchange.
