‘To Place’ market bets stay the same number of places based on the number of runners when you placed the bet. It’s there in their rules. I see no reason why the opposite market won’t have the same rules seen as their prices are based on each other.
In this instance they probably just opened a new market of 2 places once there was a non runner.

Would recommend getting withdrawals sorted quicky too…in cases where something has been priced wrong the bookie can always refuse to pay out
