sports.titanbet.com page keeps on refreshing and can't use

When I try to use the sports.titanbet.com (not titanbet.co.uk) page it keeps on refreshing and can’t use. However the titanbet.com/casino etc.. works just fine. I tried the webisite on different browsers, phones but the problem is still there.
Is anybody else having this issue or is just me?
Do you think I have been banned from sports or something?
I mailed the customer support but they said the site is working properly but didn’t mention any banning.
