Steady income

Hi guys. Just the idea. I want to go around the world and I’m looking for a steady income. Some countries in I.e. Asia are pretty cheap so you can live off this 400-500 a month. Now my question is a newbie can you rely on this as a steady income per month? I do have about 4000 in savings and don’t want to spend it all. Could pick up some work on the way also.
The other thing is the rules for promotions. If I’ll be in different countries around the world I may have a problem with logging in/depositing or withdrawing money/using offers. Anyone have any experience in it?
