What a joke bookie!!!
Sunbets had over 2.5 goals in liverpool match priced up at 1.91 for over 1.91 under 2.5…. i had £300 on over 2.5… the lay was around 1.77 at the time!!
Today they have emailed me and others i know to say the bet odds were wrong on the website and have voided the bet!!!
Had already laid for £330 @1.77 … now back odds are 1.67 so had to take an £18 loss…. they are claiming a palp error but a palb would have been 11/10 … 11/10 both results!!!
This is surely against one of the gambling commission licencing conditions that gambling is conducted in a fair an open way??
I bet they dont cancel bets placed on tbe under market or give enhanced odds to those people tbe robbing b@#@#@ds???

I didnt get an email but the bet has disappeared from my bet history so I guess it was voided. Wouldnt have won anyway.
+0They didn’t void mine before the game, so I left the lay on. Obviously the lay won and after the game I demanded they gave me my £50 stake back like everyone else so an easy £50 profit. Worked in my favour this time but they really are a joke.
+0So Harris- you emailed them saying “I had a losing bet with you, can you refund the stake? Reason being you voided similar bets of people I know who tried to screw you on your poor odds, so you should also void mine”??
I also hadn’t realised this was before the latest game. Given it was an arb with a twitter post to take advantage of then I’d guess it’s probably somewhere in their t&c to be able to void the bets before the event
+0Literally just went on to their Twitter and messaged them saying why wasn’t my bet voided like everyone else’s and said its unfair etc. They refunded without any fuss which I was very surprised about but I’ll take it

You may have pulled off the refund without being gubbed as well given the others were obviously identified separatelyMaybe I need to use Twitter rather than livechat for the cases where I hit stubborn customer service people refusing to help
