What a joke bookie!!!
Sunbets had over 2.5 goals in liverpool match priced up at 1.91 for over 1.91 under 2.5…. i had £300 on over 2.5… the lay was around 1.77 at the time!!
Today they have emailed me and others i know to say the bet odds were wrong on the website and have voided the bet!!!
Had already laid for £330 @1.77 … now back odds are 1.67 so had to take an £18 loss…. they are claiming a palp error but a palb would have been 11/10 … 11/10 both results!!!
This is surely against one of the gambling commission licencing conditions that gambling is conducted in a fair an open way??
I bet they dont cancel bets placed on tbe under market or give enhanced odds to those people tbe robbing b@#@#@ds???

“Seasons Greeting To MonkeyTennis,
I can confirm that we voided the bets of customers who placed bets on under 2.5 at the incorrect price.”
Believe it? Not sure. But then I’m not sure how many bets there would have been on under at 10/11 when the exchange value was nearer 6/4.
But I also got gubbed by them today.
+0I had £100 on >3.5 goals …. they did the same and voided it and also got gubbed. Mistakes happen so if its to good to be true …. etc. alot of the dodgy Asian bookies do this too … get the money in then cancel the bets … leaving matched bettors in trouble …. especially if they don’t notice !!

I am going to ibas with this… ive worked in betting industry for 16 years and this is a disgrace!! Having poorly priced up odds by a bad compiler is not a palp its bad compiling… they should take the hit!! Gutted because i could have cashed out for £30 profit when my mates were cancelled and mine wasnt…. 5 mins later email came lol!!!
If the prices were 11/10 … 11/10 then its a palp … they have a margin in 1.91/1.91

Really strange, I went in with £100 on it when you posted it on Twitter supert but my bet hasnt been voided and no email either…………..yet.

Although not sure the 11/10 bit or the exchange odds mean it can’t be a palpYou sometimes get both sides 10/11s on early markets where the bookies obviously don’t know how to mark it up, and can get small dutching arbs

I got the gubbing email yesterday morning and knew that bet would be the reason for it. I logged in and the bet was still pending.
Just checked this morning, and the bet has been voided, but I never got an email informing me of that.
Having a grumble on livechat now, pointless I know, but I feel like I need to.
+0I had my own situation with them the other week. Found a good race to ew arb and got on one 3 mins before the start at 20/1 for a 100 ew. Laid the win at 19.5 and the place at whatever it was to lock in 25 profit or another 110 if it won. Anyway horse won and at that point I screenshotted information in case they got the hump as it was my second bet with them. Anyway they paid it out at SP which was 14/1. After a phone call I had to send an email in with the screenshot and after I threatened them with Ibas they paid me out at 20/1. Anyway withdrawing the balance was fun as I went over the 2k limit so had to send documents in to get the remaining 600 due to possible money laundering.
Just a few things to note guys if you feel uneasy with a website or bet get a screenshot in as this could be vital evidence further down the line in case a dispute occurs.
This is a joke above but without being unfair to people who read the sun it’s obvious they want a load of mugs to sign up who read their paper which are generally people of a lower intelligence. I think there is a great case for IBAS here and if you can get any evidence of other websites whether they were 10/11 then I think it’s on for something to happen to a dodgy company.
+0They seem fairly incompetent. In some cases its worked in our favour, but obviously these are examples of where it really goes the complete opposite way. Not a good bookie.
