Titanbet and winner merge

I got an email from titan saying they’ve merged with winner, I didn’t have a winner account, but the promised email never came in with winner, and I’ve tried resetting winners pwd, it recognises my name and email, but no luck!
It’s not in spam etc, I can’t figure out what to do, I’ve emailed winner this morning but so far nothing, and I can’t use live chat because I can’t log in!!

Anyone else suffering similar?

yep, same. ive asked twice and tried resetting as well. No joy….

Their (winner)customer service emailed back after 36h asking for my name, address and dob, so there’s hope yet!
