TitanBet issues

Has anyone else had issues with Titan limiting their account? I currently have £97 bonus balance, every bet I try to place brings up this error:
“Please consider our trader’s alternative offer. Please tick box(es) if you wish to accept our new offer(s). Any alterations from your original bet are highlighted.”
It only ever lets me stake £0.75. I have tried various events and they all do the same thing. I contacted their support and they just give a generic response.
“We reserve the right to impose limitations on events, markets and individual player accounts as stated in our terms and condition and in particular clause 17.
Please be informed that such limitations are reviewed and revised on a regular basis but we are not able to change this for you at the moment.”
I need to rollover the bonus a few more times before I can withdraw but doing it £0.75 at a time is not viable. Has anyone else had this issue?
