Trouble reaching turnover on bet365?

I have a few settled bets that ought to count to the turnover requirement but they all say 0.00 count towards it and turnover requirement still seems to look the same. Is this common?

B365 is usually pretty good with this. It needs to be certain odds and I think only the first bet on an event counts.

Odds must be over 1.5 to count
+0Only the first bet on a certain event counts ie you inplay 50 wouldn’t count on Sunday
+0Sorted it- It was the “on the move” bonus and I didn’t realise that not only did you have to qualify with a mobile bet but that only mobile bets count to turnover.
