Using a different devices for back and lay?

  • I am wondering whether the reason I got gubbed so quickly from Coral is because I was looking at the exchange odds at the same time as being logged onto Coral?

I would imagine all bookies sites are using tracking/monitoring software that could easily flag up if a customer is using an exchange simultaneous to their website- which would be an obvious indication of matched betting?

Does anyone use a seperate device for backing and laying and would it help prolong an account before it gets gubbed?

  • New to matched betting?

My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

have a search on the forums for “iesnare” (or google it) – nasty cookie that tracks you.

you can block it with ghostery, but the damage may be done.

According to this site, you can get an anti-spyware program. https://matchedbettingsite.com/iesnare/

I’ve had Coral for about 9 months whilst laying on the same device, and still ungubbed.

That said, I do have an iPad that I often use for my lays on lots of other bookies, and it’s fractionally faster having two devices (or two screens) to do the back and lay rather than changing tabs after seeing your bet is confirmed.
