Well it finally happened…

  • The natural progression from matched betting to sports trading… Matched Betting and this site will always be the spark that put me on this exciting new road, and I’d like to thank Matt for all of his work over the last 4-5 years…

I’d also recommend Caan Berry’s video course for anyone interested in Sports Trading (not an affiliate) as he really breaks everything down into bite size chunks

… turning over a profit on my trades and hopefully the sky is the limit from here!

  • New to matched betting?

My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

Trading pre race horses mate… it’s took a bit of work and I’m currently working through a course atm which is perfecting a few things, can be a bit stressful at times and never realised how important a decent software tool was?!… “one click” betting etc and getting your money at the bottom of the queue… it’s definately worth a look if you’re interested

Usual Caan Berry scalping/ prerace trading techniques, or some other method/edge? (not asking for detail if u have found something!!)

Its something that interests me, but I’ve not got the time. Doing pretty well flogging dead accounts way beyond any expected life at the moment but expect I’ll need to keep learning things to keep going

    You’re welcome Tony.

It’s great to hear that trading is showing a lot of promise for you mate.

Wish you all the best with it!

Mainly scalping the handicaps but I’ve been getting a bit of info through each day for the morning markets which has pulled up a fair few steamers (not today mind)… currently taking £30-£50 a day… from about £25 before I bought the video course,… which was pricey but it’s paying for itself now… struggling a bit to find a decent live feed though… massive lag on most (well massive on trading terms)… hesitant to up my stakes yet until I’ve got everything streamlined… and I can trust myself lol!

I also started to transition to trading a couple of months ago. To football, though. Never really looked into trading horses – perhaps will do so in the future. Out of interest, why horses specifically, Tony?

Horses tend to offer the biggest opportunities in the market pre race, the movements/swings are bigger compared to football (front runners etc)… I still do dabble with the football aswell…

Recently had a decent one in the Europa League where I layed Arsenal to win it outright @ 1.82 when Chelsea missed their first penalty, and backed them @ 2.34 three minutes later when Chelsea made the final… easy green

    Hi Tony,
how long did it take you in learning to get to this level of earnings you get now? It’s something I am interested in but do not have lots of time to learn trading at the moment.
