Got this email today. I withdrew on Wednesday so I’m really hoping it was processed before the breasts went skywards…

    Hello Scumbag

Lean Forward Limited t/a WinCashLive – in Administration

It is with regret that we confirm that today Lean Forward Limited t/a WinCashLive has been placed into Administration. Simon Bonney and Andrew Hosking of Quantuma LLP, Vernon House, 23 Sicilian Avenue, London, WC1A 2QS have been appointed as joint administrators of the Company to manage its affairs, business and property as its agents and without personal liability.

The practical effect of this is that the business has ceased to trade and we are responsible for dealing with the wind-down of the Company.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY MONEY?
Under the Company’s terms and conditions, Customer funds were afforded Basic protection. As such, while Customer funds were kept in a separate bank account, the normal position is that in the event of insolvency they form part of the assets of the business and are therefore available to all creditors (not just customers). However, we are currently seeking legal advice to confirm this position. WE WILL CONTACT YOU TO PROVIDE FURTHER INFORMATION ONCE THE ADVICE HAS BEEN OBTAINED.

For the moment, please note the following:
    • Any money held in your account is currently frozen and may not be withdrawn.
    • No new deposits should be made by customers and we have requested that the Company’s bank account is frozen.
    • Any current outstanding bets on future events are cancelled and any stakes will be returned to your account balance

As you will appreciate the Company has thousands of customers. Therefore, it is not straightforward to deal with all queries which arise.
WE WOULD REQUEST THAT YOU DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL AND WAIT TO HEAR FURTHER FROM US.

If you do reply, it is unlikely that you will receive a response over the next few days.

Also, please do not call the Company’s helpline as there are insufficient resources to deal with a significant amount of calls at the same time.

    Yours sincerely
For and on behalf of Lean Forward Ltd (in Administration)

From what I read too, they had basic protections and that equates to fuck all. I.e. we won’t see any of our money.

    Basic
    Segregation of customer funds
Customer funds are kept in accounts separate from business accounts but they would form part of the assets of the business in the event of insolvency.
These accounts may include bank accounts, investment accounts and other accounts.
