Withdrawing from net bet

The website says I need to use a wire transfer. I don’t know why I can deposit money just fine using my bank card, like everywhere else, but they insist on this really complex method if I want to take my money out. It needs info like iban and swift numbers, I don’t even know what those are.
Has anyone else had similar a problem? How did you resolve it? It can’t be right that they hassle people this much. Is there somewhere I can complain?
