Milestone achieved

  • Started doing this matched betting on 20th October and today with the help of a couple of slots wins and lucky 15s along the way I broke through the £1000 profit barrier. If I’d known then what I know now this figure would have been a good bit higher. I’m very happy and long may it continue.

  • New to matched betting?

My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

I’m making £500 a month and I’ve never touched a 2nd place horse!… Guys need to be concerned about their own winnings and strategies and less beating up on other peoples!… I’ve been fortunate to use this site from the start of my matched betting journey and most of the lads on here seem top blokes and more than willing to help eachother out as I’m sure Matt had intended!… Just every so often it gets turned into a pantomime with a few people slating others methods!… Like it’s been mentioned everyone has their own comfort zone and it’s not anyone else’s responsibility to push them out of it!… I’m giving the forum another week and then just moving back to the blog and finding my own offers… Slowly moving toward something I don’t wanna be involved in

Exactly Tony, A quick look at the other board and we’ll see Dashbet made £200 on the darts alone last night. I made about £15 so he must have a lot better plan than i had.

An example of how to exploit the acca insurance offers would be awesome…?

Cant help you there as ive never done any of them. I know Skys enhanced treble can usually be laid at betfair but the one today the odds are still fairly tight 12.0 and 11.0

I was thinking of doing that with the £20 free bet I had for doing the casino offer on SkyBet. Only problem is ive picked nearly every winner on the horses and only have £50 in my BetFair account…it was over £500 a few days ago haha

could anyone give an example of the bet 365 4/1 offer and the methods to extract profit?cheers

Find tight back and lay odds. Then you need to work out how much you can extract from a free bet, if you think its 80% add 0.8 to your back odds on the calculator. If you think its 75% add 0.75 and so on…

I’m from Australia and have been matched betting since November 1 2014. Total profit $11,500 AUD (approx 6000GBP).

Getting a little bit tougher now. We certainly don’t have as many offers as what you guys do in the UK.

Have enjoyed the chat on the forums.

Tony – don’t leave the forum! I’ve earned about £30-40 from an offer or two you’ve come posted! I appreciate you!

Tony S – you’re spot on with your comments. Some guys are getting decidedly mouthy about other folks returns/ strategies etc. Whole process is an individual one depending on bank, time spent etc etc so like you I’m going to give forum a few days then I will probably bail out. Pity because the concept was decent. Shame about the smart asses though!

Bit ott guys leaving the forum and not helping newbies just because of a few silly comments by a minority.

Stick it out and help out the people who need it!!!

cheers for the reply mate. Yeah I was thinking I need to use a VPN service over there, im assuming it isnt too difficult to get that sorted out though? I had planned on living in Chiang Mai for 3 months so whilst its not exactly rural it is still markedly cheaper than bkk. The main thing im worried about is making the move over there and having my bookie accounts closed. I need at least 25000 THB per month to live a comfortable lifestyle (for me) Hopefully I can achieve it.

    Poor form Tony S / Roly24.

The blog offered by Matt is extremely helpful and this community is on the whole very good. Threatening to leave because a couple of people don’t believe other peoples earnings seems rather petty. :/

I’ll personally be sticking around as I’ve made additional money through the advice/tips being shared on the forum and I hope I contribute something back.

Be good if you did the same.

It is very good. I certainly didnt mean to cause any offense or upset by making this post. This whole community has one purpose and thats to extract a bit of money back that weve probably lost over the years. Another thing ive learned is theres more than one way to interpret what someone posts. Someone may come across as a bit abrupt when in reality they are meaning to.

I’m not being petty mate, I’m just not into the whole asking a person a question e.g earnings or methods and then going on the attack if you disbelieve or disagree

I will continue to post new offers as and when I find them but as for methods and strategies I’ll stick to my own as they’ve served me pretty well so far… At the end of the day everyone has a different bank and some peoples floats will be far bigger than others!… None of us are betting with anyone else’s money and shouldn’t attempt to do so.

Best and only advice I’ll be dispensing for any beginners here is, start with small steps… Only bet what you’re comfortable with and check, check and check again before placing your bets, mistakes are easy to make but could be a nightmare to correct!

Best of luck everyone and have a profitable new year

    Tony
