Multiple accounts have been used from the same device
    – The same bets/selections being struck on the accounts involved within seconds of each other

We are exercising our right to invoke section 1.9 of our Terms and Conditions, which state:
1.9 If there is any evidence of a series of bets, each containing the same selection having been placed by or for the same individual or syndicate of individuals, Black Type reserves the right to make such bets void, suspend relevant accounts or remove any advertised concessions. This rule applies to both settled and unsettled bets.

We are therefore voiding all bets on your account, closing your account and returning all monies deposited.

As you have already had a withdrawal processed for more than the sum of your deposits, no further withdrawals will be processed and your most recent withdrawal has been cancelled.

    Complaints/Disputes:

If you wish to dispute or complain about or decision, then please see Section 11 of our Terms and Conditions which outlines our complaints/disputes policy.

  • New to matched betting?

My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

There seem to be a lot of complex ‘T&Cs’ bookies prepared to help them protect only their interest and profit. Players don’t seem to have the same protection from bookies’ harm.

Made a formal complaint regarding their terms and asked for a list of bets which we’re identical etc…and also where in their terms that it states because a recent withdrawal has taken place they can decide not to give you your deposit back…I may as well be an annoying little B*tch which won’t go away, whats the worst that can happen.

Sorry mate. It’s too much now to refuse to pay out because of a reason which isn’t even in their T&Cs which is already unfair. I haven’t tried any wagering yet but read a lot of complain about bookies as if there’s no body that regulate them.

I think I have read they can get the device’s hardware id if one have their (betting) app installed on the device. What abt what they call iSnare which they install in our device without our knowledge and use it to gather info about our activities n machine? They are well armed with a lot of techniques but still afraid of punters lol.

Iesnare or nowadays called “Reputation Manager” as been around for years.

Its a flash cookie & basically takes a picture of your hardware ;- HD serial no., Motherboard details etc etc. This is stored on a central server & all subscribing bookies have access to your details. So for example if you are signed upto dozens of bookies – they may well know about that & flag you as bonus abusing scum 🙂

    Good info here:-

Shocking this Ryan, what exactly did you do, place an arb with one account then place the same arb when logging into the other account?

Are the accounts linked in any way (address?)

If it is the same address and multiple accounts per address are allowed, what is stopping two people within a household betting on the same thing?

    Coffeeman – that’s interesting.

I was about to do a fresh set of accounts for someone on a 4g tablet that I have used before. I thought by factory resetting it, that would make it impossible to link it to my previous accounts but perhaps not. I suppose I better get another tablet to be sure!

Its because i stupidly used the same laptop…so even though the accounts are registered at different address they kept all the money.

After weeks of reading abt these MBetting and bookies staffs, I have come to conclusion that it’s a kind of hide n seek game. I think trading on sport exchanges like betfair offer much better opportunity for those who do their homework. I haven’t tried it yet but just satisfied enough with the fact that winners don’t see their account banned only because they have won. It’s not b/n sophisticated bookie and ordinary punter either. It’s open market for all
