Will Hill : France & England both to win their 1st matches @3.0

  • Will Hill count days offer today.
Potential here but I am limited to max £5 after doing their offer the other day on France to win outright at 5.0

    Thanks for this!

I did some ridiculous algebra (must’ve been an easier way I’m sure) and worked out that you can guarantee a profit of £2.67 off a bet of £20 at current odds (that’s what I was limited to) regardless of whether both teams win, France win then England lose, or France lose straightaway. (If anyone wants the exact lay amounts just say and I’ll post them here).

I personally didn’t see the point in all the hassle for such little guaranteed profit so I’ve bet £20 at Will Hill, then layed £20.41 on France to win v Romania at Smarkets (1.33 lay odds). If they don’t win, that £20.41 minus commission covers the £20 lost.
If they do win, I’ll be £6.74 out of pocket, and then the following day I’ll lay £27.29 (factored in commission) on England to win v Russia (1.96 lay odds). If England don’t win, lay bet winnings will cover the £6.74, so no loss overall.

If England do win, then £40 profit from Will Hill, minus £6.74 from France lay, minus £26.20 from England lay – overall profit of £7.06!

Hope this method helps anyone else who was also scratching their head trying to figure out a decent way of playing this 🙂
