The strategy is the same for all three offers. We just need to select players with tight back and lay odds in order to minimise our qualifying losses and hope we hit the money back/double winnings triggers.

The following example is for the Betway offer. Having looked at the odds available for Daryl Gurney v Gary Anderson, we could place our qualifying bet on Gary Anderson.
We need to stake just enough to return £25.00 in the event that Gary Anderson loses 7-5. In order to work out our back stake, we need to divide £25.00 by 0.727 (back odds minus 1.00). This gives us a back stake of £34.39. It’s best that we stick to round numbers when placing our qualifying bet, so we should stake £30.00 instead.

As you can see, the calculator tells us that our lay stake should be £30.66…
Place £30.00 on Gary Anderson @ 1.727 = Potential profit of £21.81
Lay £30.66 on Gary Anderson @ 1.74 = Potential liability of £22.68
Let’s have a look at our potential profit/loss for the possible outcomes…

So, if Gary Anderson loses 7-5, we’ll make a nice profit of £20.93. Any other outcome and we’ll have made a maximum loss of £0.88. Risking £0.88 to make a profit of £20.93, gives us effective odds of 24.78. So, given that the odds of Gary Anderson losing 7-5 are 12.00, this is a profitable offer in the long run.
