Place £25.00 on 1-1 draw @ 11.50 = Potential profit of £262.50
Lay £25.11 on 1-1 draw @ 11.50 = Potential liability of £263.65

Let’s have a look at our potential profit/loss for the various outcomes…

So, we’ll make a nice profit of £18.85 if the match isn’t drawn 1-1 and there’s a red card and we stand to lose £1.15 on any other outcome. Risking £1.15 to make a profit of £18.85 gives us effective odds of 17.39. So, given that the odds are just 4.20 (16/5) for a red card to be shown, this is a profitable offer in the long run.
