I love these BetVictor offers because their odds are some of the most competitive around.  If a red card is shown at any time during the Liverpool v Manchester United match, BetVictor will refund losing correct score, First/Last/Anytime Goalscorer, Half-Time/Full-Time, Scorecast & Spincast bets as a FREE BET up to £10.00.  Translated into matched betting terms, this gives us a potential profit of £7.19 and here’s how…

Qualifying Bet:

If you’re unfamiliar with qualifying bets, please see my Qualifying Bet Strategy page for a walkthrough guide on how to place your qualifying bets.

Whenever I do these BetVictor free bet offers, I always stick to the correct score market. I find the liquidity at the betting exchange is far better than goalscorer markets and I just feel more comfortable here.  It’s entirely up to you which score you go for.  Having looked at the odds available, I’ve opted for a 1-1 draw.

Place £10.00 on 1-1 draw @ 7.50 = Potential profit of £65.00

Lay £9.68 on 1-1 draw @ 7.80 = Potential liability of £65.82

Let’s have a look at our potential profit/loss for the various outcomes…

1-1 draw

+£60.00 – £65.82 = £0.82 loss

Not 1-1 draw and red card shown

-£10.00 + £9.19 + £8.00 (Assumes an 80% return from our £10.00 free bet) = £7.19 profit

Not 1-1 draw without red card

-£10.00 + £9.19 = £0.81 loss

So if the game doesn’t finish 1-1 and a red card is shown, we will make a nice profit of £7.19.  If the game does finish 1-1 or no red card is shown, we will make a maximum loss of £0.82, which I’m sure you’ll agree is a risk well worth taking as the odds of a red card being shown are around 3.05.

If you’re not sure how to extract 80% of our £10.00 free bet, please see my Free Bet Strategy page for a walkthrough guide on how it should be done.

Cheers, followed this to the letter and now have a free £10 bet waiting.

    1. Matt

Excellent work Jon, did you do the Ladbrokes ‘Both Teams To Score’ offer too?

  2. Jon

No, I have a dormant account with Ladbrokes, who I haven’t used in years. May have to start using them again.

    1. Matt

Yeah, they don’t do too many offers but when they do, they’re usually profitable.
