Whenever I do these Ladbrokes free bet offers, I always stick to the correct score market. I find the liquidity at the betting exchange is far better than goalscorer markets and I just feel more comfortable here. We need to select a scoreline that isn’t a Uruguay win. This ensures that if Uruguay win the match, we will automatically qualify for a free bet refund as our qualifying bet will have lost. It’s entirely up to you which score you go for. Having looked at the odds available, I’ve opted for a 2-1 England win.
Place £25.00 on 2-1 England @ 10.00 = Potential profit of £225.00
Lay £23.92 on 2-1 England @ 10.50 = Potential liability of £227.24
Let’s have a look at our potential profit/loss for the three outcomes…

| Not 2-1 England and Uruguay win | -£25.00 + £22.73 + £20.00 (extract 80% from our £25.00 free bet) = £17.73 profit |

So if Uruguay win, we will make a profit of £17.73. We do, however, stand to lose a maximum of £2.27 if Uruguay don’t win, but I’m sure you’ll agree this is a small risk worth taking as the odds on a Uruguay win are currently around 3.50.
