Lay £8.35 on 3-0 Man City @ 7.80 = Potential liability of £56.78
Let’s have a look at our potential profit/loss for the possible outcomes…

So, we’ll make a nice profit of £5.68 if Man City win the match by any score other than 3-0. We stand to lose a maximum of £1.82 on any other outcome. Risking £1.82 to make a profit of £5.68 gives us effective odds of 4.12. Given that Man City are odds of just 1.143 (1/7) to win the match, this is a profitable offer in the long run, even though we need them to win by any score other than 3-0.
