Guest userWorth checking this with customer service. They told me that my bet had to be in play.

Guest userMatt,
Placed my pre match bet at 1.8. No free bet offered for in-play. Have not been gubbed. Anyone else have problems?
SarahLou
Guest userDid you get this wrong Matt?
Matt
1490‘Pre-match’ was definitely in the terms at the time of posting. It was even listed on their ‘footballprematchoffer’ URL.
Reading around though, it seems there was conflicting information in the terms. If you didn’t receive the free bet, I think you’re well within your rights to argue your case with live chat.

Guest userHi Matt,
Do you have a screenshot or link to the original promotion?
Matt
1490The link has expired so unfortunately not.
SarahLou
Guest userHow about you get onto Live Chat with Coral Matt and let us know what is going on?
Matt
1490If you have an issue with an offer, that’s something you’ll need to chase up yourself. I always try to provide accurate information and advise as best I can.
I’ve checked around for info on this and like I say, they made a mess of their terms, so you should definitely challenge it with them if you feel you’re due a free bet that you haven’t received.
SarahLou
Guest userMatt, how can I challenge them when I don’t have any proof? If you say that they have messed up their terms then that indicates that you have proof?
Matt
1490You tell them that their terms said pre-match and that you didn’t receive the free bet. If it’s been a widespread issue (which it looks like it has), you won’t be the first person challenging it.
