The back and lay odds should tighten up as the race draws nearer. In the meantime I’ll use fictional odds in the following example and I’ll update the bottom of the post with my actual selection after the race.

Let’s have a look at our potential profit/loss for the possible outcomes…

| Fixe Le Kap doesn’t win | – £20.00 + £18.64 (£19.03 minus 2% commission) = £1.36 loss |
So regardless of the result of the race, we will lose a maximum of £1.36 in qualifying for our £10.00 free bet.
Free Bet:
Our £10.00 free bet will be credited by 09:00 on Tuesday 14th March 2017 and it must be used on Cheltenham Festival 2017. If unused, our free bet will expire at 18:00 on Friday 17th March 2017.
By using straightforward matched betting, we should be able to extract 80% of our £10.00 free bet as cash, so around £8.00. If we take into account our maximum qualifying loss of £1.36, this gives us a guaranteed profit of £6.64 on this William Hill offer!
