BoyleSports Offer – New Zealand Maori v British & Irish Lions

The Lions face the New Zealand Maori in their next Tour match on Saturday morning and you don’t want to miss this BoyleSports offer! Simply place a pre-match bet on New Zealand Maori v British & Irish Lions and if either team wins by 5 points or less, BoyleSports will double winnings on all pre-match markets as a free bet. Translated into matched betting terms, this gives us a potential profit of £7.22 and here’s how…

Qualifying Bet:

If you’re unfamiliar with qualifying bets, please see my Qualifying Bet Strategy page for a walk-through guide on how it should be done.

If either team wins by 5 points or less, BoyleSports will double winnings on all pre-match markets as a free bet. The maximum stake for this offer is £20.00 and the maximum free bet is £500.00.

Having looked at the odds available, I’ve opted to place my qualifying bet on the British & Irish Lions in the Match Betting market.

I like to place my exchange lay bets with Smarkets as they have great liquidity, the site is really easy to use and they only charge 2% commission in comparison to the 5% charged by other betting exchanges.

We can calculate our lay stake using my matched betting calculator…

As you can see, the calculator tells us that our lay stake should be £19.61…

Place £20.00 on the Lions @ 1.50 = Potential profit of £10.00

smarkets whiteLay £19.61 on the Lions @ 1.55 = Potential liability of £10.78

Let’s have a look at our potential profit/loss for the possible outcomes…

Lions win by more than 5 points + £10.00 – £10.78 = £0.78 loss
Lions win by 5 points or less + £10.00 – £10.78 + £8.00 (extract 80% from £10.00 free bet) = £7.22 profit
Lions don’t win – £20.00 + £19.21 = £0.79 loss

So, if the British & Irish Lions win by 5 points or less, we’ll make a nice profit of £7.22. Any other outcome and we’ll have made a maximum loss of £0.79. Risking £0.79 to make a profit of £7.22 gives us effective odds of 10.14. So, given that the British & Irish Lions are odds of 5.50 to win by 1-5 points, this is a profitable offer in the long run.

If eligible, free bets will be credited within 24 hours and will be valid for 7 days. Free bet stakes will not be included in any returns.

If you’re not sure how to extract 80% cash from a free bet, please see my Free Bet Strategy page for a walk-through guide on how it should be done.
