New to matched betting?
My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

Hmmm not good.
You’re not the first I’ve heard complain about their customer service.
I’d perhaps give them until next week as Cheltenham will have probably slowed a few things down. If you don’t get anywhere, you could consider raising a dispute with IBAS (Independent Betting Adjudication Service), or at least suggest that to BetBull and see if it prompts a resolution.
You should be able to withdraw your deposit at any time @crilly.
This is the guidance for operators…
4. Allow consumers to withdraw their Deposit Balance at any time (including when a Bonus is pending or active on the account) and without restriction, except as necessary to comply with any General Regulatory Obligations.
Is the sign up offer still active or have you completed it? You’ve got £14 worth of winnings in your account so that’s probably causing the hold up.
Which bookmaker is that first offer with @bettingbitz?

Thanks for sharing @colingrey1.
Was this an invite only offer?
Thanks for posting @mm65.
Like you say, it’s quite a nice offer with the free bets being valid on single bets rather than accumulators.
Seems a handy little feature but it only applies to back bets so I’m not sure it’s much use to us matched bettors.
Hi Nigel.
Their sign up offer is a 50% matched deposit bonus, so if you deposit £100, they’ll give you a £50 bonus.
You have two options with the rollover…
1) Wager 8x your deposit and bonus (£1,200) on single sports bets at odds of 1.80 (4/5) or greater.
2) Wager 2x your deposit and bonus (£300) on accumulator bets at odds of 1.40 (2/5) or greater per selection.I agree with you, I think the latter option would be my preference too. You can place doubles and lay them at Smarkets using their multiples feature.
I think you should find my laying multiples and bonus rollover guides useful for this offer.
I hope that helps.
William Hill – Money back as cash, up to £10, if your horse finishes 2nd, available on every race.
