There’s a big Sunday of Premier League football to look forward to and you don’t want to miss this Paddy Power price boost! They’ve enhanced Leicester and Southampton both to win from 7/4 to a tasty 3/1. Translated into matched betting terms, this gives us a risk-free potential profit of £10.00 and here’s how…
Power Price Boost:
The maximum stake for this price boost is £20.00.
For a walk-through of how to lay multiples, please see my Laying Multiples guide.
We can calculate our underlay stake using my Matched Betting Calculator. We just need to open up the ‘Advanced’ section and click the ‘UNDERLAY’ tab…
As you can see, the calculator tells us that our lay stake should be £20.41…
Place £20.00 on Leicester & Southampton both to win @ 4.00 = Potential profit of £60.00
Lay £20.41 on Leicester & Southampton both to win @ 3.45 = Potential liability of £50.00
Outcomes:
Let’s have a look at our profit/loss for the two potential outcomes…
Outcome | Bookie | Exchange | Profit/Loss |
---|---|---|---|
Double wins | +£60.00 | -£50.00 | £10.00 profit |
Double doesn’t win | -£20.00 | +£20.00 | £0.00 |
So, if our double doesn’t win, we’ll break even and there’s no harm done. However, if our double does win, we’ll make a nice risk-free profit of £10.00 on this Paddy Power price boost!
Note: If you would prefer to lock in a smaller profit, you can simply use the ‘STANDARD‘ tab on the calculator for a guaranteed profit of £2.85.
* Southampton were the only team to win their respective fixture, resulting in break even on this Paddy Power price boost. *

Guest userThese smarkets odds on multiples don’t make much sense. The odds are tight on the respective teams to win for back and lay (0.01 difference) but the buy on the double is 3 yet the lay is 3.5. This is a massive difference and i dont really know who is backing this lay.
Do betfair have the premade accumulators to lay still?
Matt
1490Yes they do Simon, though only for selected accas. They don’t have any listed for today.
