Withdrawal Issues 138.com & 12 bet
-
initiated both withdrawals on the 19/3 about £500 pending and nothing contacted chat again and they are saying they were overwhelmed by Cheltenham and are still processing acount checks blah, blah, blah and can i give them until the end of this week. It’s now 10 days on, getting nervous here…

New to matched betting?
My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

138.com and 12bet both accounts closed no money paid, no e-mail received
+0Interesting Sy. I’d find it very disappointing if Matt continued to promote these sites after this episode.
Basically I did exactly as Matt posted and have probably lost a large sum. It was all winnings from previous matched betting but anyone new to this could have lost their own hard earned cash. Not something to push people towards as ‘guarnteed profit’.
+0This is by no means Matt’s fault. There is always an element of risk with these less established books. They will, most probably, get their UK license revoked in the next few weeks anyway. I do not mean to be pessimistic but if they have not got the funds to pay then there is no way to get our money back, as gutting as that is.
+0Somewhere else to complain to for 138.com https://www.gov.im/categories/business-and-industries/gambling-and-e-gaming/
+0For those of us that still have accounts available to log in, and haven’t made a withdrawal, any advice?
Ie, bet and lay in the hope it loses (with massive risk of winning and being further in the ****), try a withdrawal or wait until this hopefully all blows over to withdraw, but with the chance that it doesn’t and takes everything down with it…
+0I’m not at all saying it’s Matts fault. I did state that previously. . I’m very greatful for this site and all the effort matt and regular posters have put into it. Just in light of this I hope further endorsement is removed.
Agree with the pessimistic out look. I have now had the 15.2 breach email from both sites. I have replied and requested a full statement of bets so I can work out if my free bets won or my cash bets won. All probably pointless if they don’t have the cash to pay. Got to try for £900 though.
+0Well ultimately it is down to us whether we take up the offers or not so don’t take what i said there as any kind of disrespect to Matt. I was just making him aware was all and he responded to me as such. I doubt he’d carry on promoting them now but maybe he can clarify this. I still have £60 in 12bet so i’m in same boat feltt1p although its a small sum compared to some of you guys.
I’d advise you go on bookmakersforum.com and report it there too. There may be some people that can help you there as complaints can be logged there too alongside finding others in the same position as you. There is no two ways about it. They have stole those funds with no good reason for simply taking up an offer they have advertised. Feel bad for ya

And I’d just like to clarify that ‘them not having the funds’ is an assumption’ here. More than likely they are just trying to reduce their liability by any means they can. I’m very glad their site went haywire after my first bet with them at Cheltenham. I had no idea they were refusing low odds bets until after. So so shady. How in the hell did they get a UK license i don’t know.
+0Ive had the email from fun88, with £81 tied up in there. Not looking good, however got the money from 12bet only a few days after withdrawal request, but that account has now been closed too. Feel bad for some of you guys with large amounts in there, agree with previous comments though that this site shouldnt be advertising for these chancers any more, too many of us have been affected , all thats going to happen is more people sign up to them and suffer the same fate.
+0Okay so 138 now unblocked…
+0Their shady behaviour should have been a big warning to me. I did a few tests during their issues on day 2.
You could bet on Cheltenham doubles and trebles, on football singles and long odds Cheltenham singles. Obviously just trying to avoid anything that cheaply qualified for the free bet promotions or bets they thought could lose them more money.
+0138.com and fun88, both account closed before cheltenham, no emailed me and stole my money over £150, never in future, i have lucky that i haven ´t account in 12bet, i contacted IBAS and hope that i will see my money.
+0I requested a withdrawal from fun88 the weekend after cheltenham, nothing threw within a week, I emailed them and got cheltenham busy response
I have received nothing yet and so I have queried it further, now my account has been closed and they have said in an email I abused the bonus offer and they will only refund my original deposit
I only ever got one £25 free bet from them, from the Friday and I had placed other bets with them on the Tuesday
Thieves, it was matched money too
+0How can a bookie who is blacklisted carry a Uk licence. Can anyone who is in the know explain to me how that can be?
+0Where are they blacklisted from Sy?
