10Bet – 2nd to SP Fav – 4 Runners

  • I know 2nd to SP fav is generally not great, but the first two at Ascot today are 4 runners with an odds on Fav. Usually min is 6 horses but 10Bet is min 4 horses: If fewer than 4 horses start in any Race, no Customer shall be eligible to be awarded any Free Bet.

    There’s decent matches available in the 14:35, worth a shot imo. Max £10 free bet.

    The 13:50 looks to be a 2 horse race so worth a go without laying.

    19:50 Exeter 6 horses one odds on look ok if you can get a decent match.

    17:50 & 18:20 both got odds on horse and priced as two horse races – lots of runners though so only if good match

    For anyone who’s not done the sign-up, the MB 2nd to favourite races can take some of the sting out of the godawful odds, if you’re unlucky enough not to bust out (the rollover is pretty hard going). They also do a £10 back on 1st dogs bet and same on 1st mobile bet.

    Didn’t do too well on this today
    2 unlaid losers, fortunately 1 money back… then a further 20 thrown at unioniste on the exchange as unioniste couldn’t lose in that field could it?!

    Old ground but was the price of the favourites that made those 2 races so appealing rather than the 4 runners

    Hit the first one fine, not sure how the odds on fav lost the last when 1 pulled up making it a 3 horse race! I ended up with the winner! I suppose still up so can’t complain. Not as brave as you lot not laying :)
