I know that because I joined them a few weeks back. Couldnt see any time on their BOG page and just assumed it was 8 am like many others and backed a horse at 8:55 which drifted and won and I didn’t get the BOG.
Tried to use the “I’m new to this betting lark ” ploy but it didn’t wash with chap I spoke to 🙁 (It seems that the time is well hidden in the site t&c small print but not shown on the main promo page)
