Nice little arb 8/7.4 £3.12 qualifying profit…so even if this tablet is the worst tablet ever which I suspect it probably will be can’t complain!

Yup, one to avoid guys. I followed the instructions as per the terms download the app and deposit £50. Went onto chat to confirm I qualified and got told “As per the terms, player must sign up and deposit minimum of £50 through the App”.

Which is exactly what I had done. I argued this, and the person on chat said they have forwarded my query and i’ll get an email within 2 days. Quite amusing really, we shall see how it pans out.

Probably a scam to get everyone to deposit £50, and then as you can’t withdraw till you’ve rolled over twice (or hopefully like me lose straight to the exchange) they’re hoping most people will lose the £50.

How can they say sign up through the app if this is for new and existing customers? I’ve done this and luckily managed an arb and was wiped out safely into the exchange. I’ll have a chat with them also.

I think he mean’t just deposit through the app, but good point that would be impossible.

The really shitty thing is I asked before downloading the app if I am eligible and they told me yes! That’s a full 360 in a few days.

Hello, how are you guys getting the installed android app (downloaded directly from their website) to work?

I keep getting the following on both my Android tablet and iPad when tapping on the app icon:

“Unfortunately, 138.com has stopped”

Any ideas outside of app re-stallation, clearing cache and app history (all tried!) would be very welcome. Cheers

Finally had it confirmed that I did qualify and the tablet will be shipped to me within the next few days. Will let you know how awful this so called android tablet is when it arrives!

Just to let you know that mine arrived today. No hassle from them about having previously done the sign on bonus. As expected it is pretty basic. It’s branded 138.com with a bright red back with their logo. It’s a 7″ capacitive touch screen with a resolution of 800×480 (no you read that right). 4G storage with a microSD slot. Android 5.1. Wifi is b/g/n. Given it only cost me a few quid in qualifying losses I’m not going to complain.
