what a set of jokers, deposited £60 this morning and placed 2 £20 qualifiers, now cant place any bet at all, my maximum stake is 10p on any bet.
hope they don’t expect me to roll over the remaining £20 before withdrawing or I will have to get in touch with my bank.

Well I now have an issue with them. I tried to use my free bets after the League Cup final and couldnt because I was restricted from placing any bets at all. Live chat told me this was normal and to try again from 8.30am this morning.
Logged in today and no longer have the free bets as they had to be used by midnight last night. Went back on live chat and they basically said tough luck, all bookmakers have market restrictions.
So yeah, feel a bit scammed as I’ve lost two £10 free bets, it was in the T&C’s that the free bets expired but I placed £60 worth of bets yesterday (two £20 pre-match, two £10 in-plays) and was then prevented from betting any more until today.
In the context of my weekend, £20 isnt a big deal but I do still think its a scam. Won’t be using them again.

Nope it wasnt one of the games in the offer. I bet on the Manchester United and Manchester City games, the free bets were credited but I couldn’t use them.

I was out so didnt do utd game…I did the city game however my £10 inplay bet won so didnt have to wait for a free bet etc.
+0Its ok I was rushing about on Sunday,saw that Spurs and Swansea was an offer game from this post,so I did a pre match and in-play on that one,I went on live chat and asked where the free bet was and they said that(after waiting about 10 mins) Spurs/Swansea was not an offer game,and looking back at their website the League Cup final was the offer game not Spurs/Swansea,my mistake It was about a £2 qual loss,but never mind,I punted my sky bet on a penalty shoot out price boast(League Cup Final) so more then made up for it.
Bit bad what they did to you though Chris,especially with the dick on live chat saying you could place them in the morning,I found the LC unhelpful and took ages to reply as well,although it was in my case,my fk up.

My bad on the Spurs v Swansea game! The banner on the email that I received had a Spurs player on it so I assumed that was the game included…their terms and conditions are always so tiny it’s hard to read. I had a similar problem, I couldn’t get my in play bets on as I got restricted to stakes of 1p after placing the qualifiers. Won’t even bother setting up extra accounts with this lot, not worth it.
