BetBright SCAM…

  • Guys just to let you know regarding they welcome offer.
I opened an account with them to take advantage of their £30 risk free welcome offer. I placed a bet on odds 5.0 and it lost. Been credited my free £30 bet today and guess what… I can’t stake more than £1 of it at the time. It will take me literally 30 separate bets in 7 days to cash it. What a shocking way to scam a customer. They can literally do it to everyone on a sign up. I am just on their live chat as we speak and been told that it is the traders decision upon reviewing my account that has only been opened yesterday. JOKE! They don’t even give you a chance just restrict you straight away! Obviously they keep me waiting on their chat for ages to reveal a very final decision as the guy just gone back to the traders after I gave him a proper talking to…

  • New to matched betting?

My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

Nope they say no and that’s it. Account opened for a day and restricted. Proper joke.

    That is beyond a joke.

Just been checking how much I can do with these separate bets and I can’t use them more than once on the outcome of the same event, so I can’t place 30 separate bets on let’s say a draw in Liverpool’s game tomorrow. I can’t use them for acca’s neither. I think I am just going to have a punt on horses hoping that I will recover my £6 loss on the risk free offer. Maybe one or 2 horses will make it through… That bookie really sucks. It is warning for you guys to stay away of them.

I’ve been avoiding using them as I had heard pretty negative things. Thanks for giving us a heads up.

Yep I do not recommend them to anyone. Been thinking about backing and laying these £1 bets but to be honest even investing more time than this is worth I am worried about what would they do if I actually won some money with them. Probably wouldn’t let me withdraw or something. God knows what they can come up with.

the fact that they have restricted you after one bet suggests that they have access to info about your online betting patterns which identifies you as a matched bettor.

May be best to just forget about it. Just treat it as a £30 bet that lost and forget the bonus ever existed.

Bookies are practically unregulated, they are pretty much free to do what they want.
Not much point in pursuing it, you’d just be wasting your valuable time

Think you should try tomorrow as I am pretty sure its an overnight restriction, i.e you hit your limit. Yeah its ridiculous they have daily limits on what you can stake but I’m sure if you try tomorrow, you’ll be able to use your free bet.

My experience has been great with them so far. Signed up for the £50 free bet when they had the special offer on. Got my full £50 freebie on a long odds horse no problem. Done several offers since, again no issues. Even had one of their CS guys call me to ask how I’m liking their website and app etc. and thanking me for using their service.

Their app functions flawlessly too when compared to Coral and william hill etc.

I guess you just got unlucky. Was your first bet on a suspect event? Lower foreign league or low value horse race?

Mozer – I am not sure how would they know my betting paterns as I am new with them. I only used my mobile to bet with them and clean my browser at least 20 times a day.
Starlord – Don’t think it was suspicious as it was German Bundesliga
Chris – No chance as they have already told me it is the traders decision and is final. They have already splited my £30 in 30 £1 bets. I just took a gamble and placed all of them on 30 separate events with higher odds. I am hoping some of them will come in and I will make ip for my qualifying loss on my risk free bet.

Wow that is crazy then. I vaguely remember having an issue when doing the opening offer but my account was back to normal the following day.

You must have signed up via an affiliation link which has been flagged up as been used by match betters? If not, you might have previously clicked on an affiliation link and they have stored your IP address incase you sign up in the future. They don’t restrict people after placing one bet for no reason.

Markk I used a link on their website and I did it directly of their site. Also I used my wife’s mobile to sign up and she would definitely not click on any of betting links in the past.

I cant remember which bookie it was with now but i got restricted as soon as i signed up. I went on live chat and got the traders decision stuff. Was very polite to the chat advisor and she said she would phone the trading department. About two minutes she came back said it was a glitch and opened the account back up. Maybe a lazy chat advisor would just say your banned tough.
