As a United fan, I’m only annoyed by this result because I want Leicester to win the title. Missing out on Champions League will hopefully get Woodward to grow a pair and give LVG the boot.

+0I wouldn’t have backed any correct score involving United scoring. They’ve not exactly been scoring freely this season and Spurs have conceded the least goals.

If the score you had was 0-2 (or 2-0) then I’m afraid they certainly will fight against giving you anything since the correct score was 3-0?

Hes talking about leicester game..but 12 hours? Why is everyone so inpatient these days? Terms clearly say up to 24 hour do they not? How about waiting until then, then complain.

RyanB – pretty sure the terms state 12 hours and I had the free bets credited within a few hours last time I was successful on this offer. It’s not about being impatient, it’s more about being cynical that a bookie will do anything it can to wriggle out of paying out on free bets. Let’s not forget people have previously been told incorrectly by Betfair that the “first cash bet on the market” means any game within the offer. I.e. if you bet on the Arsenal vs West Ham game first, you wouldn’t get paid out on the Leicester game.
Pretty sure it makes sense to check with the community if their bets have been credited in order to understand what sort of conversation I can expect with Betfair customer services.

betfair are one of the reputable big bookies Enermark. If you are due your refund then you will get it.
Live chat agents talk a whole bunch of rubbish half the time, I wouldn’t see that as them trying to wriggle out of paying you, its just more a question of not training their agents adequately.
Unless there was some subtle change to the terms and conditions that we haven’t noticed then I think you will be fine.
+0I had 2-0 on the Leicester game as well and my free bets have still not been credited. The terms definitely stated 12 hours. Went on chat and all he could do was raise this to their promotions team and email me back once it has been resolved.
This has happened to me on Coral before, but when I went on chat to them they told me my account had been restricted despite never having received an email about it. I’m hoping the same hasn’t happened here…
+0Had 0-2 too, not received mine yet either. So probably a case of them just not having applied them yet, rather than being gubbed. They’re usually much quicker though.
