BetRegal £50 free bet

  • Thinking of using BetRegal’s £50 free bet offer, which is 30% of your first deposit so would need to deposit £167. Via their live chat i was told that the free bet is allocated straight after depositing and that i could withdraw the £167 without wagering.

Has anyone used this promotion as it seems too good to be true?

Had to underlay heavily and bust out with £25 profit from the £50 free bet.

It was the only way to guarantee a decent profit whilst having enough to work through the huge wagering requirement had the qualifier won.

OK so original post says deposit and withdraw and free bet stays…

A simple yes or no please….

Has anyone deposited £167 received £50 free bet – Withdrew £167 and free bet remains?

This is the question on everyone’s lips..

@pebblehead – I did this on a few accounts however…stupidly with one I withdrew and a few hours later went onto live chat to ask about the free bet.

They they said to me that because I had made a withdrawal they had cancelled the free bet. I said i didn’t see anywhere in their terms that stated i couldn’t withdraw the money. So they said we have cancelled the withdrawal and reinstated the free bet but please play through your balance. I asked whether if my free bet was to win i assume i was okay to withdraw me own funds i just needed to rollover winnings 5x and they said yes??

Long story short is i don’t think they have a clue – my others accounts which i didn’t go onto live chat about the withdrawal has been accepted (awaiting funds) and the £50 free bet still remains on my account so looks like it is okay?

However…whether they raise this as an issue if my free bet wins and i go to withdraw is yet to be seen, so i’m probably going to do what most people have stated above just treat it as a free £50 bet with a potential big profit.

    Hope that helps!

Did the Fun88 offer recently – ALL 6 bets at evens+ won. Did this one (punt) – lost – typical!

Matt’s put this up on the homepage now with a guide to guaranteeing profit. Basically what I said, but he’s take a slightly more cautious approach on qls if you win so £25 guaranteed.

    I need help on this.

My free bet won, giving me £166.66 in Bonus Balance, meaning that I have to wager £833.33 for withdrawal.
I then placed the £166.66 on a Draw, which won.
So I now have £583 in my bonus balance and still have 4x £166.66 left to rollover.

The problem is that “Maximum winnings from the free bet are limited to15 times the amount of the free bet” – which is £750.

If I keep trying to complete the wagering and any more bets win, I could be losing hundreds of pounds. If I abandon the bonus now, I would lose about £500 from the money that has moved into the bonus balance from the Exchange.

What should I do? I have been underlaying both bets, so I haven’t made any losses on the matches so far, but stand to lose so much.

If I place another £583 bet to try continuing the wagering and underlay it, I would only get a few pounds profit if it all gets moved to the exchange. But if it wins again, I’d have another thousand in the Bonus balance and be well over the £750 max winnings cap. Even then I would still need to complete the wagering, and would lose even more if that wins too.

Should I abandon the bonus and lose £530 (my exchange liabilities) or keep going and risk losing even more if the bets keep winning?

I totally forgot about that max winnings and thought it was only in relation to the first bet.

To be honest i don’t think they know themselves. Their terms clearly stated can’t use free bet on horses..however mine let me fine and won (punted mine) so i had £150 in bonus balance backed and lay’d another bet it won but for some reason winnings of £540 went straight into main balance and let me withdraw even though I hadn’t rolled over 5x?

I know this doesn’t help you but what im saying is should ask on live chat see what they say.

Yeah, I asked them if the winnings cap refers only to the first free bet and whether we can withdraw if the wagering ends up in £1000 or more.

But they said that the maximum payout from the promotion is £750, so wagering can make things much worse.

Looks like I’m going to have to withdraw my original deposit and lose £500.

Alternatively, seeing as my bonus balance is almost above the cap, I could place a dozen unlayed £50 bets and hope to complete the wagering requirements and still be around that £750 cap so I can withdraw and still be in profit.

I can’t afford to risk laying any more bets and having the exchange money move into the capped bonus, that’s for sure.

You’re probably best placing a few bets on evens and hoping some win…some with lose but hopefully not all of them!

Just put on a whack of £10 singles on the football on mtaches around even money.

You will lose a few quid but cover the wagering requirements.

my £50 free bet unfortunately, over £200 as i went with a football draw

decided to punt the bonus funds in order to meet the turnover, not going well yet

about the max win, i understood this to be for the free bet only and no restriction to what the bonus funds end up being mind, i probably was not told this on live chat in those exact words mind

I paced five £50 bets on tonight’s football, and just one ended up winning. The minimum odds of 2.00 makes it much harder to just punt the wagering.

I still need to wager about £417 to finish the rollover. This equates to about 8 more £50 punts, which realistically assuming perhaps 3 of them wins, I would be able to save about £300 of the £530 that I stupidly managed to move from the exchange to the bonus balance.

But I’m going to have to go with the safer option of laying the rest of the £417 that needs to be wagered, to guarantee a smaller loss (rather than hoping atleast 3 of the bets win). This gives 2 options:

    A:
If the layed bet loses to the exchange, I lose £22 from laying the let, plus the losses I already made from the un-layed £50 bets. If it loses to the exchange, my bonus should be completed and I can withdraw my original deposit and any left-over bonus. This should ensure a total loss of about £115.

    or B:
If the £417 bet wins to the bookmaker, the bonus should be cleared. However, my total winnings would exceed the £750 cap and I would have to forfeit around £112, before withdrawing everything. I’d still have the £22 loss from laying the bet too and also any losses already made.
This should ensure a total loss of about £228.

So I’m basically choosing to lose either £228 or £115 (depending on bet outcome). This seems a better outcome than just punting even more bets and hoping they win, mainly because of that odds limit of 2.00.

    I don’t know why I started this offer. :(

As many said it was an offer that just needed to be punted due to winnings rolled over 5x.

However, as someone has already pointed out and I agree it only states maximum winnings from free bet 15x. It says absolutely nothing about if you win say 5x the free bet when rolling over the funds it can’t exceed this limit.

I think you have been adviced incorrectly on live chat and should email them asking for clarification.

If you do more smaller bets you will reduce variance.

Bet 40x£10 bets on the football and you should expect about £350 back.

Don’t put too much though into it.
