It’s funny. I have all this excitement in my mind about having so many offers on today, yet my brain only seems capable of doing three or four of them. And they are all on the first race which is the 1.30. My strategy is probably dodgy, but it as follows:

1.30
skybet: 25 quid back on Min with no lay (because the gambler in me needs at least one gamble at Cheltenham and I am essentially paying a fiver for a 25 quid bet).
will hill: Back and lay Min for the money back 2nd refund
will hill: 10 quid free bet. Punt on Altior to win
betstars: back and lay min for money back if 2nd or 3rd
Ladbrokes: back and lay altior for money back if favourite wins

Looks good when written down, but watch now as the top three places are composed of three complete fucking outsiders thus ruining my day.

At least they are sticking to their horse on top prices then. Will make for an easy week with them.
Although I’ve decided that I personally won’t be too bothered about qualifying losses this week as it can take more time trying to lock in something close, the money is there this week, just try to get through as much as it as possible

There was a promo on Coral on the 20th February which was a bet 20 on promotional races, get 20 for the first day of Cheltenham.

I placed 20 on the 2:25 Ascot which was on the list of eligible races but have yet to receive any free bet.

Did anyone who did this get their bet yet?

Similar strategy here roro and im sticking to the 1.30 and seeing how it goes before looking at other races.

Letting Min run on Sky Bet, also have £50 on him at Betfred as part of their early price boosts but got screwed on that because the boost was to 3.25 and i fully anticipated his odds to shorten but they’ve gone the other way. Unless those odss do shorten before the off i’ll let it run and hope for a nice pay off.

The field is strong though so yeah i can see one of those outsiders winning but we have three more days to make up for it.

Dream scenario, Min wins, Altior comes second and i’ll be almost £600 up.

Guys, for the sky bet offer do we have to place all our bets before 1.30 to qualify for today, weds, thurs etc. Or do we just do them each day before 1.30? Cheers

A question about the BF offer just to be sure:

I know I’m only eligible for the free bets if I back a horse with SP odds of 4 or higher. Howevever, when I place the bet, do I have to choose SP or can I choose the current win price?
