Chester – Day 3

  • Be sad when its over :(

  • New to matched betting?

My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

A quick question for anyone about the 188BET offer; with the free bet, is it stake returned or do I play it as stake not returned free bet?
    Live chat were pretty unhelpful..

Bamboo what’s there to love about flat? Pure crap imo. Kills all the decent offers, big fields, very competitive.

The races are over quickly and then onto the next one. I find national hunt racing boring and I do watch the races most of the time.

Non runners galore already. The 2.25 was potentially great, I had Apex King £50 each way layed off at 34/30 before he was pulled :(

Betstars odds were poor for the races after 4pm yesterday. The 1.50pm race doesn’t look great, managed to do Ice Slice for 1st/2nd/3rd, I think the favourite El Hayem will win looking at the field.

Had an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE yesterday. All of my damn horses won, Ladbrokes restricted my 2 accounts then…. unrestricted them and my exchange died, was only about 20 quid up. Races for the edge were nothing to be sniffed at, however I got a great 16.52/16 match at 9am today then an hour later a 7.5/7.4. Gonna concentrate on that since it got me 610 quid in 22 hours but can’t help to ask why has the thread over there died literally when I started doing it lol??? Out of interest I know Chris is a very very smart moneymaker, I have a question – do you think this loophole will die and if so what should happen in order for the edge to stop being a goldmine? Also do you not agree EW edge is far more profitable than EW arbing? Good thing is I have a total of 5 Betfair accounts and if the loophole is still there I’m planning to hit.

I’m interested in the Betfair e/w edge, maybe I should start doing e/w bets first of all, before diving in. I’ll have a go next week and spend some time looking into it.

The ew edge thread died because we all lost our accounts!

Ew edge will last you about a week. Ew arbing will last you months probably, not sure how quick that gets you restricted. If you think you can make enough on edge to make up for losing months of ew arbing then go for it.

Indeed – I was already restricted somewhat but now after winning a couple of times I’m down to about £2.50 e/w.

Whats the best Edge races today people? Chris the 225 is still very good but very risky isnt it

It wont die, not anytime soon as its quite heavily marketed on TV and elsewhere. If you just hit each way edge with them then obviously you’re going to get restricted to the point where you’re banned from sportsbook like myself and many others here. I have two other accounts but havent done anything on them this week, will wait until Dante festival next week to get back on it.
