I opened a new account just before Cheltenham. Did the first race yesterday, I didn’t get a free bet. Did the last race. Typically the horse won at 6/1 . So i had £70 quid in my account. I received an email from them today telling me my account had been reset to NIL. Because i had registered two bank cards and one was not in my name. Although the two bets i placed were with the card in my name.
So loss over £60 quid on the exchanges + 1 £10 free bet, hoping they refund my £20 quid deposit.
