These promotional terms apply to the FanTeam Sportsbook Welcome Offer.
By taking part in this promotion, you agree to these promotional terms, the FanTeam General Terms & Conditions, FanTeam Sportsbook Rules, Fantasy Contest Rules, and any applicable safer gambling policies.
1. Promotion Summary
Eligible new UK customers who register, deposit at least £10, and place a qualifying £10 real-money sportsbook bet at minimum odds of 2.00 may receive:

- £10 Fantasy Contest Ticket
The total promotional reward value is up to £40, made up of £30 in sportsbook free bets and one £10 Fantasy Contest Ticket.
The Fantasy Contest Ticket may be used on an eligible £10 FanTeam fantasy contest, subject to contest availability, ticket eligibility and the applicable Fantasy Contest Rules.
2. Key Dates
- Promotion launch date: 22 August 2026
- Promotion end date: 30 November 2026
- Fantasy Contest Ticket credited: After the qualifying bet settles, as part of Batch 1
- Qualifying bet deadline: The qualifying bet must be placed within 30 days of registration and before the promotion end date, whichever is earlier.

3. Eligibility
This offer is available to:
- New FanTeam Sportsbook customers only.
- UK customers only.
- Customers aged 18 or over.
- Customers who are physically located in the UK at the time of registration and participation.
- Customers who have successfully registered and met any required account verification checks.
- Customers who have not previously claimed this offer or any materially similar FanTeam welcome offer.
This offer is limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, payment method and account.
FanTeam may withhold, cancel or reclaim promotional rewards where it reasonably suspects duplicate accounts, bonus abuse, fraud, collusion, use of VPN/proxy services to misrepresent location, or breach of FanTeam’s terms.
4. How to Qualify
To qualify for this promotion, eligible customers must:
- Register a new FanTeam Sportsbook account during the promotional period.
- Deposit at least £10.
- Place a real-money sportsbook bet of £10 or more.
- Place the qualifying bet at minimum odds of 2.00.
- Ensure the qualifying bet settles normally.
The qualifying bet must not be cashed out, voided, cancelled, refunded or otherwise unsettled. If the qualifying bet is void, cashed out, cancelled or refunded, it will not count towards this promotion.
5. Reward Schedule
Rewards will be released in stages after the qualifying bet has settled.
Batch 1 — After the qualifying bet settles
Customers will receive:

The Bet Builder Free Bet must be used on an eligible Bet Builder market at minimum odds of 4.00.
The £10 Fantasy Contest Ticket may be used on an eligible £10 FanTeam fantasy contest, subject to contest availability, ticket eligibility and the applicable Fantasy Contest Rules.
Batch 2 — 48 hours after Batch 1
Customers will receive:

Batch 3 — 72 hours after Batch 1
Customers will receive:

The Live/In-Play Free Bet must be used on eligible live/in-play sportsbook markets, subject to availability.
6. Free Bet Rules
The following rules apply to all sportsbook free bets issued as part of this promotion:
- Free bets have no cash value.
- Free bets cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged or converted into cash.
- The free bet stake is not returned with any winnings.
- Only winnings from a free bet will be credited as cash, subject to account verification and withdrawal checks.
- Each free bet must be used in full in a single bet.
- Free bets cannot be split across multiple bets.
- Free bets expire 14 days after being credited if unused.
- Free bets must be placed on eligible markets only.
- Free bets cannot be used on excluded markets, voided markets, or any market FanTeam reasonably determines to be ineligible.
- Bets placed using free bets must settle normally.
- Bets placed with free bets that are cashed out, voided, cancelled or refunded will not qualify for a replacement unless FanTeam decides otherwise at its discretion.
7. Fantasy Contest Ticket Rules
The following rules apply to the Fantasy Contest Ticket issued as part of this promotion:
- One £10 Fantasy Contest Ticket will be credited as part of Batch 1.
- The ticket may be used to enter an eligible £10 FanTeam fantasy contest, subject to contest availability and ticket eligibility.
- The ticket has no cash value.
- The ticket cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged or converted into cash.
- The ticket cannot be split across multiple contest entries.
- If unused, the ticket will expire in accordance with the expiry period shown in the customer’s account.
- Use of the ticket is subject to the applicable Fantasy Contest Rules, eligibility requirements and entry deadlines.
8. Exclusions and Restrictions
The following will not count as qualifying activity:
- Free bet stakes.
- Bonus funds.
- Fantasy contest entries.
- Voided bets.
- Cancelled bets.
- Refunded bets.
- Cashed-out bets.
- Bets placed below minimum odds of 2.00.
- Bets placed below the minimum qualifying stake of £10.
- Bets placed after the qualifying period.
- Bets placed in breach of FanTeam’s terms or sportsbook rules.
FanTeam may exclude certain markets, bet types, sports, events or selections from this promotion where necessary for operational, regulatory, risk-management or integrity reasons.
9. Account Verification and Withdrawals
Customers may be required to complete identity, age, location, affordability, source of funds, anti-money laundering, or other verification checks.
Winnings from free bets may be withheld until all required verification checks are completed.
FanTeam may suspend, restrict or close accounts in line with its General Terms & Conditions and regulatory obligations.
10. Responsible Gambling

11. General Terms
FanTeam reserves the right to withhold, cancel, reclaim or amend promotional rewards where it reasonably believes that:
- The customer has breached these promotional terms.
- The customer has breached FanTeam’s General Terms & Conditions.
- The customer has created multiple accounts.
- The promotion has been abused.
- Fraudulent, collusive, suspicious or irregular activity has occurred.
- A technical, pricing, settlement or promotional error has occurred.
FanTeam reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time, provided this is done fairly and in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
In the event of a conflict between these promotional terms and the General Terms & Conditions, these promotional terms will apply in relation to this promotion only.
