New to matched betting?
My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

Sorry just another question about 888.
Been reading their t&c’s and it sounds like you can only withdraw up to the amount you deposit and then you have to set up another bank/card method which you have to deposit in to verify to get the rest of any winnings?
That right? Just worried that if I deposit the £20 for the goals mean more and actually win on the bet that it might be abit of a pain to get the money out in the end?
Thanks.
+0What specific wording in their T&Cs makes you believe that?
I have a single funding source registered with 888 Sport and have had no problem withdrawing more than the my net deposits total.
If you win on your first £20 qualifying bet for the GMM promo then my advice would be to just leave the money in there as this offer runs twice most weeks (being on Championship games), so if anything you might prefer to win the first week and have, say £60 – £100 in there to use over the forthcoming weeks. That looks a lot less suspect than constantly depositing exactly £20 and just doing the GMM qualifier.
+0They operate a ‘closed loop’ withdrawal policy i.e. if the amount being withdrawn exceeds net deposits they will refund to each registered payment method an amount equal to the net deposits made on that payment method first. Then the excess above net deposits can be paid to a registered payment method of your choosing.
So, if you deposit £50 on Card A and £50 on Card B and you win £50 and want to withdraw the total £150, they will insist on refunding £50 to card A and £50 to Card B first, then it’s your choice as to which of the two the additional £50 is paid to.
If you only have the one card/payment method it’s not going to make any difference.
+0Generally I try to leave money in all bookies as long as possible, only withdrawing when I get above about £500. I want them all to think they’re my main bookie. Of course, I’d much rather keep losing and depositing, but I’m not that lucky…
+0Ok maybe I was reading it wrong or not understanding it properly.
I agree that if I do win I will probably leave it in for the next game.
I will be a new customer so not sure how that effects what I deposit, re any bonus offers that they have on.
+0Their sign up offer is definitely worth doing – they give you triple the odds on your first bet 😉
After that they will email you another £10 free bet offer and in addition to that there is an ongoing offer where you can deposit with the promo code “888TV” to get another free bet (£20 I think). Check the T&Cs yourself before doing any of these though.
Definitely one of the better bookies out there
+0Nice to see Brentford back to scoring ways tonight. 2 goals so a £10 free bet to come.
Forest away at Reading tomorrow, KO at 3pm for anyone on them as well.

I backed QPR with my sign up offer :/
Registered my username for forest on GMM but got to wait for email confirmation now.
+0Anyone else not had their £10 free bet after Brentford’s win last night?
+0Forgot to place a qualifying bet this week. Handy enough that forest didn’t score the !
+0Still no Brentford free bets for me also.
+0Still none for me either. Worth asking on live chat perhaps?
+0It’ll be tomorrow when they credit the rest I reckon
+0Not the best day on that, no free bet and qualifying bet won at 888 not exchange
+0Chill guys, T&C’s have said 48 hours since the offer started. They usually do credit within 24 hours but makes sense that they would do them all in one batch on Sunday and don;t be surprised if you have to wait until Monday given Birmingham play tomorrow.
