Ireland, England and Wales 9/4

  • On paddy power play.

I think its worth about €3.86.

    Back Treble €20 @ 9/4 for potential €45 profit

Lay Ireland €20.46 @ 2.24 for potential €25.31 loss or break even if Ireland lose
Lay Wales €46.23 @ 1.22 for potential further €10.17 potential loss or break even if Wales lose.
Lay England €56.61 @ 1.1 for potential further loss of €5.66 or break even if England lose.

    If Treble wins you are €(45 – 25.31 – 10.17 – 5.66) = €3.86 risk free profit?

    £20 Returns £45 profit.
    Lay Ireland £20.41 @2.3 = £26.53 Liability.
    Lay Wales (£26.53 Liability + £20 Stake)/.98 = 47.48@1.21 = £9.97 Liability.
    Lay England (£26.53 + £9.97 +20)/.98 = £57.65@1.1 = £5.76 Liability.

£45 – £26.53 – £9.97 – £5.76 = £2.74. So your working seem correct just different odds, for me probably not worth the effort. you could gamble and lay Ireland only and assume Wales & England should win….that would get £45 – £26.53 = £18.47 profit that’s an option.

Yeah doesnt appear to be much ‘added’ value for the effort required. Think I will give this a miss, thanks though.

A bit more value now Ireland is 2.18 to lay on smarkets which makes the whole thing worth about €5. Still an hour or so to the event.

And the other odds might tighten up too closer to the games.

    Now 2.16.

Problem with this is that the one game I would lay is first, not last. May take a wee punt on it though for some interest when watching the games later

Ireland right down to 2.08. I reckon there is €8 risk free profit in this now. Worth it yet?

I work it out to be around £6.50 so yes probably is worth it, even £1 is worth it. easy money if you’re doing other bets at the same time. its just I have a lot going on and knowing me if I forgot to lay or something stupid!

Only 6 points in lots could change. I punted my £10 betsafe on no try @7.5 would be made up if that came in.

Yes too tight for my liking. Come on Ireland! Don’t care about the bet so much. They have been winning in territory and possession but not always making it count on the score board .

It’s still France in France and Ireland starting to make a lot of mistakes. Crowd really getting behind the French.

What are the usual odds of no try in a match?

    Yeah, French are looking strong.
