Ladbrokes – £25 risk free bet on Man U game tonight
-
As per title, Laddys late to the party with the same deal as Bet 365, just for £25 instead of £50.
Received by email, but I would imagine it will be open to all, as usual

New to matched betting?
My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

fair point – my head hurts!
+0as I see it if you lay inplay you are using the risk free option as if your bet wins inplay you don’t get the £25 back. so you offset it.
example
inplay bet Man U at 3.2
lay man utd at 3.4bookie wins win £55 – £42.99 exchange loss = profit £12.01
Exchange wins -£25 from bookie + 17.11 win from exchange + £20 risk free bet refund(-£5 as you’ll only get approx 80% from your £25 free bet)so you get £12.01 either way?
anyone else confirm this?
+0What’s the best method for this one? Back / Lay Pre and in Play?
had a play with the B365 method and can lock in about 14 assuming Man U in play odds don’t change too much
+0you right cash refund so scrap the 80%,apologies
+0Aye, refund. Using same odds, £25, 5% commission.
bet – bookie/exchange/refund = profit
back – 55.00/(39.40)/0.00 = 15.60
lay – (25.00)/15.60/25.00 = 15.60+0Yeah, I think that returns the better profit on this one. I put the numbers in my calculator and the best you can do at current Laddys odds is £15.16 profit (and that is IF the odds don’t dive at KO), whereas the match/lay route should return £16 or so if you can get an in play match at 6.0 v 6.6 or better and a qualifying loss of less than £2 (which is easily doable)
+0whats best way to go about this? getting really confused
+0Hey guys. Im struggling to get my head round this one. Never had this offer before. Could anyone spell it out for me please?? Its doing my head in!
+0GemCracker06 – You can do this 2 ways, one is the same method as matt has blogged for the bet365 offer only lower stakes. The other is you back/lay pre match to qualify and then back/lay in-play with the risk-free bet. Which method do you prefer.
+0Just got this offer as a notification on the app, no email though for me
+0Hi Andy, thanks for replying. So shall i back/lay the draw. then back/lay man utd?
Lose 1.08 on pre. then use free bet strategy for in play?
Do i need to back/lay wolfsburg somewhere else?
+0For back/lay method it is basically the same as will hill in play offer.
You can back/lay draw for £1.08 qualifying loss assuming odds are still the same.
The you have £25 risk-free bet to use in-play. The best time to use it is half time as odds are more stable on the exchanger. You can use the free bet option on the calculator for this and can use other markets as well as match result, I usually look at correct score, and there is no need to back wolfsburg as the lay bet covered that.
I hope I made that clear feel free to ask again if not.
+0Thanks Andy. Not sure what the hell i was on about having to cover wolfsburg as this is covered with smarkets. All set now. Thanks again
